Cancellation Standard

We are unable to accommodate your extended family, neither feline or canine.
The maximum occupancy is strictly limited to 2 adults per suite,
We are a 100% non-smoking property, including our premises.
Absolutely no cooking inside the suite
We kindly ask that you leave your shoes in the hallway & that you respect the quiet time starting 10pm.
No parties or gatherings permitted in the suites or on property.
Dedicated parking for full-size trucks is available alongside of the road.
No BBQ or cooking on the deck

Excessive cleaning or any work due to repairs will be charged at $75/h. Any damages and associated cost are the sole responsibility of the guest.

Cooking or smoking inside the suite terminates the reservation with immediate effect.

All rates are in Canadian Dollars (CAD), based on double occupancy and subject to a total of 16% tax: 8% Provincial Sales Tax (Accommodations) + 3% Municipal Regional District Tax + 5% GST.

As the calendar fills up, 1 night stays might become available between bookings. Please contact us directly via email or phone and we are happy to accommodate them. Subject to availability.

Reservations may be cancelled with the following deductions:

up to 14 days prior - 100% Refund minus processing fees*

up to 7 days prior arrival - 50% Refund minus processing fees*

24h grace period after booking to cancel a reservation

*The payment processing companies no longer reimburse their processing fees when issuing a refund - these fees range between 3.5% to 4.5% depending on the credit card issuer.
